Shipping policy

Order Processing: All orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days from our fulfillment centers. Processing begins once your order status changes to "Accepted."

Shipping Rates & Times: We offer FREE U.S. Shipping on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days via USPS once your order has been shipped.

Large or Bulk Orders: Please note that unusually large orders may require additional processing time. For bulk or wholesale inquiries, please contact us directly at support@ikollin.com prior to placing your order.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order directly through your IKOLLIN account.

International Orders: We currently only ship within the United States.
